Michelle is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in home care, having worked in nursing homes and now running her own agency dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to her clients. As the founder of PMS, she is committed to offering affordable services tailored to meet the unique needs of every individual. She holds a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential, a Basic Caregiver Certification, and a Home Health Aide (HHA) license, equipping her with the skills to offer essential medical and daily care. Additionally, Michelle is CPR-certified and holds Hospice Caregiver and Palliative Care certifications, enabling her to deliver specialized end-of-life care and comfort to those with chronic or terminal conditions. Her dedication to improving the lives of others is at the heart of everything she does.
